• Customer: any person placing an order via the webshop

• Agreement: any purchase made through www.maisonmeyra.nl

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders and agreements made through the Maison Meyra webshop.

Article 3 – Products

Maison Meyra offers aesthetically designed jewelry. We strive to display our products as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color or finish may occur.

Article 4 – Pricing

• All prices are listed in euros and include VAT

• Shipping costs are calculated separately

• Maison Meyra reserves the right to change prices at any time

Article 5 – Payment

Payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the available payment methods on the website.

Article 6 – Delivery​​
 

• Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days

• Delays do not entitle the customer to compensation

• Maison Meyra is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

• Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receipt

• Items must be unused and in original condition

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise

Article 8 – Liability

Maison Meyra is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of its products.

Article 9 – Complaints

Complaints can be submitted via info@maisonmeyra.nl. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Article 10 – Governing Law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
