DELIVERY

Orders within the Benelux are delivered within 1–2 business days. For European destinations, delivery takes approximately 2–8 business days, depending on the country. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends).

 

Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Maison Meyra cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

 

All delivery times stated on the website are estimates and not legally binding. Should Maison Meyra be unable to deliver within the estimated timeframe, customers will be notified promptly. No rights may be derived from the indicated delivery periods.

 

In the unlikely event that an item is no longer available, Maison Meyra will inform the customer immediately and offer a suitable alternative. The customer may choose to cancel the order without additional cost.

 

Maison Meyra is not liable for damage or defects occurring after delivery as a result of improper use, lack of care, or alterations made by the customer or a third party.
